Masakazu Morita is a voice actor born on October 21, 1972, in Tokyo, Japan. He currently works for Aoni Production. He is also the host of the radio show, Bleach B-Station. Morita is perhaps best known for his roles as Ichigo Kurosaki (Bleach), Tidus (Final Fantasy X) (Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Kazuki Hihara (Kiniro no Corda), Auel Neider (Gundam Seed Destiny), Pegasus Seiya (Saint Seiya Hades: Chapter Inferno), and Troy Bolton (High School Musical and High School Musical 2 [Japanese version]). His name is sometimes mistranslated as Seiichi Morita (ironically, one of Morita's characters, Ichigo, has a habit of mistranslating written names). He won "Best Rookie Actor" in the Seiyu Awards for his role as Ichigo Kurosaki. |
